The epidemic of organizational disillusionment goes way beyond Corporate America-teachers, doctors, and nurses are leaving their professions in record numbers because the way we run schools and hospitals kills their vocation. Government agencies and nonprofits have a noble purpose, but working for these entities often feels soulless and lifeless just the same. Zaujímava kniha na zamyslenie sa
Určite odporúčam každému, kto sa zaujíma o to ako fungujú organizácie. Aj keď miestami je cítiť až moc nekritické nadšenie z vlastných myšlienok tak stále je to must read uč len aby sa človek zoznámil z úplne iným zmýšlaním.
Kniha je dobre zrozumiteľne napísaná a autor uvádza relevantné príklady, na ktorých koncept teal organizations vysvetluje.
