Basics of Law

The main objective of this teaching material titled Basics of Law is to provide students with the basic information on the legal order of the SR. The individual chapters of the material are consequently elaborated in line with this objective. In the framework of teaching the course Basics of Law, the authors are trying to consolidate and deepen the legal consciousness of students. The text provides an orientation for solving the situations where an individual can find
himself in order to satisfy his or her personal, material and other needs, or as a manager, employee and entrepreneur.

The presented teaching material, due to a set limit, can not explain in detail all legal categories and legal institutes. However, it serves as a basic teaching text for other legal disciplines provided and taught by the Department of Law of FESRD SPU in Nitra.
