Communication in Multicultural Teams in Industrial Enterprises

The authors of the scientific monograph propose a scheme for effective communication in virtual multicultural collaborative teams in industrial enterprises with an explanation of individual aspects and elements of the scheme. The key topics of interculturality/multiculturality, diversity, innovations, effective team communication and virtual multicultural collaborative teams were summarized, which also led to the creation of new definitions.
