The authors of the scientific monograph propose a scheme for effective communication in virtual multicultural collaborative teams in industrial enterprises with an explanation of individual aspects and elements of the scheme. The key topics of interculturality/multiculturality, diversity, innovations, effective team communication and virtual multicultural collaborative teams were summarized, which also led to the creation of new definitions. The data for analysis were collected from the structured interviews, questionnaires and case studies.
