All the songs, stories and other task-listening activities are recorded on the teacher's CD.

Songs: Songs are used for presenting new language. All the songs in Story Magic have been specially written to provide maximum exposure to, and practice of, target language.

Stories: The recordings of the stories include sound effects and extra-linguistic elements to help with understanding.

Activities: All other listening activities are task based. It is extremely important that listening activities should not be passive. Pupils are always required to do something while they are listening to reinforce listening comprehension.
