Whether they are used as a textured finish on a flat surface or the medium of creation itself, they are integral to artists and designers who seek to explore, experiment and elicit the right responses from their audiences. Material Matters showcases stunning applications of 4 different types of material – namely wood, metal, stone and paper – on a variety of mediums.
