Čítam, rozmýšlam a vraciam sa v texte. Tolko zaujímavých názorov a nápadov pokope, že v tejto knihe sa dá obracať stránky zas a znova. Pre každú ženu, ktorá sa zaujíma o zdravý životný štýl možem len odporučiť. Kniha má peknú grafiku.
