It’s the end of your first week as a rookie detective and it’s fair to say it’s been strange. Your partner, Detective Hawk, has been on edge, scared and distracted, looking over his shoulder all the time, muttering under his breath, making furtive phone calls. Something’s definitely up, but you don’t know what it could be.Just as you’re about to put your feet up with a cold drink, you get a call from your partner – he sounds crazy, ranting and raving and clearly terrified. ‘You have to believe me! I’m innocen ….’ and the phone goes dead.You head to his house immediately, but when you get there, the door is hanging open, the lock’s busted, and the place is a total mess: furniture overturned, crockery broken, and case-files open with papers strewn all over the place. You hear on the radio that internal affairs is on their way – Detective Hawk was dirty, he killed a cop and now they’re going to track him down.But you know something isn’t right – your gut tells you it must be a frame-up. Can you sift through the files and find the alibi that clears Hawk’s name? Can you find where he was on the night of the murder? And can you find the name of the real dirty cop, the one behind this complex web of lies?
